We had a very unfortunate puppy with some tummy problems and Bay Area was swift to our rescue. Fitting us into their very busy summer schedule. The and the on site tech was top notch….friendly, thorough and swift. Have used them before and will use them again….good thing that puppy is cute!

Bay Area Clean Care showed up during our bathroom flooding "situation" and basically saved the day. The tech, Andrew, was an absolute professional. He handled the chaos like it was nothing, communicated well and did such a stellar job that I feel compelled to add, purely as an objective public service announcement, that he was also quite handsome. Just facts, folks.
Pricing was fair, service was top-notch, and honestly the whole experience made me almost ALMOST grateful my bathroom flooded. 10/10, would flood again just to have Andrew back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently spent four days repairing walls that were riddled with holes carelessly punched with a hammer with the intent of drying out the stud cavaties. As a result 8” rips had to be removed and replaced with no sign of water damage inside the walls. As a result of incompetence ceiling tiles were damaged, necessary materials were discarded and time and money were lost. Companies that perform this level of work don’t last long

Bay Area Clean Care has been great to work with. They are always professional, do excellent work, and communicate really well. We at Harbor Light Community Chapel have partnered with them for years to keep our carpets and chairs looking great, and they have consistently done a great job.
We have also been extremely thankful for how well they have handled some major water damage situations for us over the years. They are dependable, responsive, and know what they are doing.
They are our go-to source, and I highly recommend them.

Our ceiling flooded due to an incomplete roof replacement. Clean Care was at our house within 30 minutes. Jeremy, Zack, and Rodney were competent, professional, and friendly. They got to work immediately demolishing our ceiling and carpet damage. They brought in industrial fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything out, which took a week. Jeremy was here every day checking the progress. If I could give Bay Area Clean Care more than 5 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very professional and personable all around…the estimate, timely scheduling, service techs, & quality service (in home for furniture and carpeting and in shop for area rugs). Office personnel was helpful and professional also!

Trevor showed up on time and we reviewed the schedule of work, the estimate of costs and then he and his partner went to work cleaning the carpets , runners and upholstered furniture. The men were courteous and efficient. We will use Bay Area Clean Care again
