Yes. Fire and smoke damage and mold start with an inspection, scheduled Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5. After a fire, once it is out, we can also come after hours to set up air-cleaning and odor-removing equipment and wipe down surfaces. A visual mold inspection and estimate is $275, and it goes toward your final bill if you move forward.
Estimates are free for carpet, area rug, upholstery, drapery and blind, duct, dryer vent, and tile, marble, and hardwood cleaning. Emergency water and sewage responses do not require an estimate. If you want one, it is $150, and the fee goes toward your final bill if you move forward with the mitigation. Yes. Most of our restoration work is an insurance claim. The cause of loss and every step of the job is recorded in the Xactimate claim software, you and your insurance company receive regular updates on progress, and we restore to the IICRC S500 and S520 standards adjusters expect.
