We jokingly refer to Rebecca as a personality hire, but we don’t know what morale would be like without her. She keeps us on our toes with social media antics, while also being our primary lead for pack-ins and pack-outs, and a great helper on site and in the office. She recently became an ambassador for the Petoskey Chamber of Commerce and is involved with Lake Charlevoix Young Professionals, so you will be seeing her even more soon!

Tamra is the glue that holds the business together. Between scheduling, payments, and answering phones, she is the one who keeps us all organized and going in the right direction.

Melissa is the longest running employee in the business, and the second generation owner of Bay Area Clean Care. She may come in a small package, but she packs a big punch for industry knowledge and business savvy.

Clint is a know-it-all in the best way possible. As the general manager, he is the man for any and all job-related questions, but can also answer almost any other question you may have about… well, anything! You will see him on site for estimates and expert advising, but other than that, he helps keep everything running smoothly in the office.

Zach is lovingly referred to as the Chaos Coordinator. He is the point man for everything billing and fire related, while also being a key player in mold, water, and sewer jobs. He does the day-to-day management of the crew, ensuring everyone has what they need to get their jobs done to the best of our ability, while also working directly with customers to translate the big remediation language into something that doesn’t feel as overwhelming.

Raph is the head honcho when it comes to duct cleaning, but also doubles as a fantastic water lead. He makes quick work of demo on jobs, is extremely detail oriented with duct cleaning, and is a great help around the shop with tasks we need to keep everything organized and working properly.

Trever is a customer-favorite carpet cleaner. He has a great attitude and is always level-headed, making jobs smooth sailing and efficient for us and our clients.

Jeremy is the first call for all of our guys when it comes to questions about water damages. He has a knack for getting jobs done effectively and efficiently, and could lead a three-story water damage with his hands tied. You will mainly see him during service checks in his favorite truck, S-2, making sure jobs were done to the highest standard and everything is drying properly.

Shane is one of the biggest hits with the customers. He is a smooth cat, determined to get the job done to the best of his ability, and is always willing to learn more. You might also see him on pack-in and pack-out jobs, being the muscle and the man with a delicate touch with your sentimental items.

Paul is the man, the myth, the legend when it comes to… most things. He is our lead carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning estimator and an invaluable asset on tile, marble, and hardwood jobs. He knows enough about everything to be a help on any job, and is great with even the most difficult of questions.

Andrew is Clint and Melissa’s oldest son, and one of the most experienced lead technicians on a water and mold job. He has been in the business since his early teen years and is currently attending college for a business degree to be able to take the business over in the next several years.

Jake is Clint and Melissa’s youngest son, a well-trained area rug and upholstery cleaning technician, and a fantastic water damage technician. While he is still finishing school, he is working on growing his knowledge for his role in co-ownership of the business in the next several years.

Devon is one of our newest, but most enthusiastic hires. He came in with determination to learn as much as possible, and is holding to that. He is a jack of all trades, helping out with technical work on a variety of jobs, while also doing meticulous and skill-heavy tasks at the shop.

Donnie has experience as a water technician on our crew. He is also well trained as our second duct cleaner, and a frequent helper on pack-in and pack-out jobs thanks to his muscle.

Rodnie is our lead for all in-shop area rug, upholstery, and drapery cleaning, as well as our first call for any mechanical issues we have with equipment or vehicles. He is the man for any and all pickups and deliveries, and is our problem solver when it comes to mystery stains and delicate cleaning jobs.

Luis is our well-rounded technician helper, who is able to go on any kind of job we need him to. You will see him most on duct jobs and helping with water damages. He is an additional personality hire who keeps us on our toes with witty comments and funny jokes.
