By using the site, or by sending us a request through it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. About this website
Bay Area Clean Care is a family owned damage restoration and professional cleaning company at 1656 Clarion Avenue, Petoskey, MI 49770, serving Northern Michigan since 1981. This site describes our services and lets you contact us and request an estimate. The information on it is general and can change. It does not replace an inspection of your property by our crew, and it is not legal, insurance, medical, or engineering advice for your situation.
Using the site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us for yourself, your family, or a property you own, rent, or manage. You must be at least 18 to request services. Please do not:
- Use the site for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
- Send false information, impersonate someone else, or send spam or automated requests.
- Try to break into, overload, or disrupt the site, or get around its security or spam protection.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse the site's content, or use it to build a competing service.
- Upload or send anything that contains viruses or harmful code.
We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.
Estimates, fees, and scheduling
Sending an estimate request does not create a contract, a price, or a guaranteed appointment. We confirm the scope, the price, and the schedule with you before work begins, and each job is done under the written authorization or agreement you sign for it. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement controls.
- Estimates for carpet, area rug, upholstery, drapery and blind, duct, dryer vent, and tile, marble, and hardwood cleaning are free.
- A water or sewage emergency does not need an estimate. If you want one, it is $150, and the fee goes toward your final bill if you move forward with the work.
- A visual mold inspection and estimate is $275, and the fee goes toward your final bill if you move forward with the remediation.
- Fire and smoke damage starts with an inspection before any work.
Prices, service areas, and availability shown on the site can change without notice and are confirmed when you book.
Emergencies
For a water or sewage emergency, call (231) 347-7707. We answer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please do not use the estimate form or email for an emergency. Arrival times depend on weather, distance, and how many emergencies we are handling, so we cannot guarantee a specific time. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
Insurance
We can work with your insurance company and document your job for your claim. Your insurance company decides what your policy covers. Payment terms, including anything insurance does not pay, are set out in your service agreement with us.
Text messages
Bay Area Clean Care customer texts. If you agree on the estimate form, we may text you about your request and your job, such as scheduling, arrival times, and updates. We do not send marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (231) 347-7707.
- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our privacy policy for how we handle your number. We never share it for marketing.
Our content
The words, photos, graphics, logo, and design on this site belong to Bay Area Clean Care or are used with permission, and they are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy, change, republish, or sell them without our written permission. The Bay Area Clean Care name and logo are ours; other names and logos on the site belong to their owners.
What you send us
When you send us a request, photos, or other information, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you let us use it to respond to you and provide our services, as described in our privacy policy. If you send us ideas or suggestions about our services, we may use them without owing you anything.
Reviews and photos
Reviews on this site come from real customers, through Google and thank-you notes they sent us, and reflect their own experiences. Every property and job is different, so your results may vary. Photos show our real work and crew, and some show a typical job rather than your exact situation.

We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Your responsibility
