Contents Restoration and Move-outs
When extensive damage requires reconstruction, making the structure uninhabitable, Bay Area Clean Care will provide a professional, supervised moving crew to pack and move the contents to our facility. Once removed, the contents are meticulously cleaned, deodorized and repacked. The contents are then professionally stored and secured during reconstruction. A final cleaning of the structure, move-in and unpacking of the contents is scheduled when the reconstruction has been completed.

Bay Area Clean Care restores affected properties to the ANSI-approved IICRC S500 and S520 Standards.
