Bay Area Clean Care responds to emergency water damage calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This enables Bay Area Clean Care to provide contact within one-half-hour and arrange for immediate service when necessary to prevent further damage.

Documentation

Preliminary reports document the extent of damage. Bay Area Clean Care uses digital photography to substantiate and review the claim. Moisture readings are taken and documented. "Dry to the touch" is not the proper method of determining moisture content.

Communication

Bay Area Clean Care is on the cutting edge with the new Claims Virtual Adjusting Technology (CVAT). As a member of IMACC, CVAT is standard with our claims. The Claims Adjuster is notified via email; this allows the Claims Adjuster 24 hour access on-line to view their claim. The online claim is updated daily.  Just a computer click away!

Equipment

We are equipped to handle jobs of any size using state-of-the-art equipment including Low Grain Refrigerant Dehumidifiers.  Specialty drying equipment allows Bay Area to dry those hard to access areas and Hardwood flooring.

Restoration

When possible our Certified Technicians utilize the Top Down Drying method. This technique allows us to completely dry a structure with the carpet and pad in place. This allows for more cost effective restoration by reducing the need for costly demolition and reconstruction. Restoration proceeds faster when water and moisture damage is managed which means you get back to normal quickly. Thoroughly drying the structure reduces structural damage and damage from mold, mildew and additional damage from high humidity levels. "Dry to the touch" CANNOT accurately determine moisture content.

Bay Area Clean Care offers these guarantees*:

1. Class 1 - All structural materials will be dry within (3) three days.  If the drying process exceeds (3) three days, there will be NO charge for the additional days.
2. Class 2 & 3 - All structural materials will be dry within (5) five days. If the drying process exceeds (5) five days, there will be NO charge for the additional days.

      * Guarantees apply when we are able to start the restoration process within 12 hours of the loss.  Excludes commercial & Class 4 claims.
